TRX Signals ("the Service") provides automated trading signal analysis and delivery via a Telegram bot. The Service scans Gold (GC), Nasdaq-100 (NQ), and S&P 500 (ES) futures markets using Volume Profile methodology and delivers trade ideas including entry, stop loss, and take profit levels.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using TRX Signals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

3. Not Financial Advice

TRX Signals provides trade ideas and market analysis for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance and win rate estimates are not guarantees of future results.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. The Service's signals are based on historical Volume Profile analysis and market patterns that may not persist in the future.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Monthly subscription: $59/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Lifetime access: One-time payment of $200. Includes all future updates.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@trxsignals.com for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the bot access or signals to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service's algorithms
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/5 uptime during market hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (exchange outages, API limitations, etc.).

9. Limitation of Liability

TRX Signals shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, incorrect data, or any other damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via Telegram or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
