How to Request a Refund

• Email support@trxsignals.com with your payment receipt or Telegram username
• Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
• We will process your refund within 2-3 business days

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

• Monthly subscription — within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal
• Lifetime access — within 7 days of purchase

Not eligible for refund:

• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Accounts that have been banned for Terms violations

Monthly Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
